At Clay & Chrome, all our products—including Invisible Grilles, Pleated Mosquito Mesh, and Custom Pergolas—are custom-manufactured and bespoke, engineered specifically to your home’s unique measurements. Because these materials are tailored exclusively to your site, our refund and cancellation policies are structured as follows:

1. Order Cancellation

• Before Manufacturing Begins (Within 24 Hours): An order can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing the advance payment, provided our fabrication team has not yet cut or customized the materials. In such cases, a full refund of your advance payment will be processed, minus a processing fee of 5% to cover transactional costs and initial site-visit expenses.

• After Manufacturing Begins: Once material fabrication or cutting has started (typically 24 hours after site measurements are finalized), no cancellations can be accepted, and the advance payment will be completely non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Custom-Made Products: Since every order is custom-fabricated according to specific structural layouts, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the products are manufactured and installed correctly according to the signed measurement sheet.

• Material Shortages or Unforeseen Structural Inability: In the rare event that Clay & Chrome is unable to fulfill your order due to unexpected structural limitations of your property or an absolute unavailability of premium raw materials, a 100% full refund of your advance payment will be issued to you immediately.

3. Rectification Instead of Refund

We stand firmly behind the quality of our engineering. If you notice any issues upon the immediate completion of your installation:

• Fitment & Alignment: If a product does not fit correctly due to a manufacturing or measurement error on our part, Clay & Chrome will completely modify, repair, or replace the product at zero additional cost to you.

• Damage During Transit/Installation: Any component damaged by our technicians during transport or installation will be replaced immediately. We do not issue cash refunds for installation delays or minor adjustments; our policy is to fully rectify the issue to your absolute satisfaction.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Where a refund is approved by management (e.g., cancellations within the 24-hour window or structural inability to install):

• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (Bank Transfer, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card).

• The refund processing timeline typically takes 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on bank clearance protocols.
