At Clay & Chrome, all our products—including Invisible Grilles, Pleated Mosquito Mesh, and Custom Pergolas—are tailored and custom-manufactured to the exact structural dimensions of your property. Because raw materials are permanently cut and fabricated specifically for your order, cancellations are governed by the following timelines and rules:

1. Cancellation Timelines & Fees

• Within 24 Hours of Order Booking:

  You may cancel your order within 24 hours of processing your advance payment without major penalties, provided material fabrication has not yet begun. A full refund will be issued, minus a flat 5% administrative fee to cover digital transaction processing and initial technician site-visit expenses.

• After 24 Hours / Post-Fabrication Approval:

  Once our manufacturing unit begins cutting or processing materials for your specific dimensions (typically 24 hours after order sign-off), the order cannot be canceled, altered, or recalled. The advance payment will be completely forfeited as material cutting costs.

2. Structural/On-Site Cancellation

• Inability to Install (By Company):

  If our engineering team discovers an unforeseen structural risk or architectural restriction at your property during the final setup that makes installation impossible, Clay & Chrome reserves the right to cancel the order. In this scenario, we will issue a 100% full refund of your advance payment.

• Denial of Access (By Customer/Society):

  It is the customer’s responsibility to secure all necessary permissions from building associations, societies, or local authorities before the team arrives. If our installation team is turned away or denied site access on the scheduled day, the order cannot be canceled for a refund, and rescheduling fees may apply.
